Key Responsibilities

- Real-Time Engagement: Responding to customer inquiries promptly via live chat and messaging platforms to address queries or troubleshoot problems.
- Problem Resolution: Identifying customer needs and helping them use specific product features or providing step-by-step guidance to resolve technical issues.
- Record Management:



Documenting customer interactions in CRM systems and updating internal databases with technical issue reports.
- Issue Escalation: Identifying and escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments while following up to ensure resolution.
- Proactive Support: Using chat invitations to reach out to website visitors based on their browsing behavior. Essential Skills
