I'm looking for a proactive and research-oriented executive to help me discover and connect with exceptional guests for Transform with Shreya Podcast. Our podcast features people whose experiences, knowledge, and journeys can inspire, educate, and transform others. Who will you help us connect with? You'll research and reach out to:
• Entrepreneurs and content creators with inspiring personal or professional journeys.
• Spiritual teachers, monks, and individuals with meaningful spiritual experiences.
• Astrologers and experts who can offer valuable insights.
• Healers and psychologists who have knowledge and transformational stories to share.
• Individuals whose life-changing experiences, wisdom, or work can make compelling podcast conversations. Your responsibilities
• Guest research: Discover relevant guests through Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
• Guest outreach: Identify professional contact details and send personalised podcast invitations via email and social media.
• Follow-ups: Follow up politely with prospective guests and maintain professional communication.
• Guest coordination: Manage responses, coordinate availability, and help schedule recordings.
• Interview preparation: Research confirmed guests, their backgrounds, expertise, work, and personal journeys. Prepare research briefs and suggested interview questions.
• Pipeline management: Maintain a Google Sheet to track prospective guests, invitations, responses, follow-ups, and confirmed recordings.
• Guest ideas: Proactively suggest interesting people and compelling stories that align with the podcast's vision. Who should apply?

• Candidates interested in media, podcasting, public relations, marketing, journalism, research, or communications.
• Individuals with solid written English and professional email-writing skills.
• Someone who is organised, curious, resourceful, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
• Someone who can work independently, follow up consistently, and take ownership of assigned tasks. An interest in spirituality, personal growth, psychology, astrology, entrepreneurship, or transformational storytelling is a plus. Previous experience is not mandatory. • Joining: As soon as possible Important information This is a collaboration-based podcast. Guests are invited to participate without an appearance fee. Your role will be to identify suitable guests, communicate the opportunity professionally, and coordinate their participation. Guest bookings are subject to their interest and availability.
