- Lead and manage a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals across multiple portfolios, including GRC, Security Operations (SOC), Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, IAM, Security Engineering, and Compliance.
- Own and drive ISO 27001, SWIFT CSP, COSO , and other regulatory/compliance programs, including audits, assessments, and remediation activities.
- Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee vulnerability management, threat monitoring, remediation tracking,



and continuous security improvement efforts.
- Manage security technologies such as SIEM, DLP, EDR/XDR, Firewalls, IAM, and Identity Governance solutions.
- Lead cyber incident management, crisis response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Establish and maintain security governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure secure configurations and security best practices across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and enterprise environments.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with business leaders, customers, external auditors, regulators, and security partners.
- Drive security awareness, operational effectiveness, resource planning, and team development initiatives.
