This position requires a solid understanding of corporate finance and the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data related to corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of corporate actions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Analyze and interpret data related to IPOs, FPOs, and QIPs to provide insights and recommendations.
