About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Bidder to identify relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer.com, write personalized proposals, engage with potential clients, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. We value quality over quantity. Your ability to understand client requirements, communicate clearly, and build meaningful conversations will be more important than simply sending a high volume of proposals.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and shortlist relevant projects across mobile app development, web development, AI solutions, and game development.
• Write customized proposals that address client requirements, highlight relevant experience, and suggest clear next steps.
• Maintain an updated proposals tracker covering job links, bids, client responses, meetings, and project outcomes.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate calls with the Sales Lead.
• Keep agency profiles, portfolios, and case studies updated across freelancing platforms.
• Track bidding costs, platform fees, and project conversion performance.
• Analyze proposal performance and share weekly insights to improve lead generation.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and ensure no qualified lead is missed. Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, bidding, inside sales, or content writing for a software development company.
• Strong written English and the ability to write clear, professional, personalized proposals.
• Basic understanding of mobile apps, web applications, AI chatbots, or software development processes.




• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with daily and weekly targets.
• Comfortable communicating with international clients. Good to Have
• Experience with Upwork or Freelancer.com, including an established platform profile.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and sales pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of React Native, Next.js, Unity, or LLM-based AI tools.

• Consistently meet daily proposal targets agreed upon with the Sales Lead.
• Maintain an accurate and regularly updated bidding tracker.
• Achieve a proposal reply rate above 7% by the end of the third month.
• Generate qualified client conversations and book calls for the Sales Lead.
• Continuously improve proposal quality and conversion rates.
