Receptionist / Front Desk Executive – FunTunes Kids indoor play area & birthday party area

Location: Virugambakkam, Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month

Working Hours:

* Weekdays: 2 PM – 9 PM

* Weekends: 2 PM – 10 PM

* 6 days/week

FunTunes is a growing kids’ activity and birthday celebration centre dedicated to creating memorable experiences for children and families. As we expand, we’re looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and grow along with us.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage front desk and reception

* Welcome parents and children

* Handle customer enquiries

* Manage admissions and daily entries

* Coordinate birthday parties and events

* Make follow-up and promotional calls to parents

* Support sales and marketing initiatives

* Manage Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Business





* Coordinate cleaning staff and part-time associates

* Maintain daily reports and basic administration

* Ensure excellent customer experience

Requirements

* Fluent in Tamil and English

* Friendly, energetic and confident personality

* Positive communication skills

* Comfortable speaking with parents

* Basic computer skills

* Knowledge of social media platforms

* Experience in customer service, hospitality, education, events or retail is preferred
