YANAM RESORTS – HIRING TANDOOR MASTER / ALL-ROUNDER COOK

Location: Injaram, Tallarevu Mandal, Kakinada District, Andhra Pradesh.

Yanam Resorts is looking for an experienced Tandoor Master / All-Rounder Cook to join our kitchen team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Independently prepare naan, roti, butter naan, kulcha, paratha and other Indian breads.

- Prepare chicken tikka, paneer tikka, kebabs, tandoori chicken and other tandoor dishes.

- Manage tandoor orders during restaurant service, functions and events.

- Assist the Head Chef and other cooks with general kitchen preparation and cooking whenever tandoor orders are low.

- Maintain food quality, cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous professional experience in tandoor cooking.





- Ability to independently handle the tandoor section.

- Knowledge of Indian cooking and other kitchen duties.

- Good teamwork and willingness to assist other cooks.

Job Type: Full time

Salary: Based on experience and skills.
