Experienced Workshop Supervisor – Car Service Centre

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mechanical Supervisor to manage the complete operations of our Multi-Brand Car Workshop.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all workshop sections, including Mechanical Work, Denting & Painting, Car AC, Electrical, Scanning & Diagnostics and General Service.

Manage mechanics, painters, AC technicians and electricians.

Prepare Job Cards, allocate work and monitor daily job progress.

Provide accurate Labour Charges, Spare Parts Prices and Repair Estimates.

Handle customer enquiries, explain repair requirements and provide quotations.

Ensure quality control, timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.

Monitor spare parts usage, stock, inventory and workshop expenses.

Coordinate with Spare Parts, Stores and Accounts departments.

Manage workshop staff, attendance, discipline and daily operations.

Maintain service records and handle customer complaints.

Required Qualifications & Experience:





Minimum 5 years of relevant workshop supervisory experience preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of all types of car mechanical repairs.

Good knowledge of Denting, Painting, AC, Electrical and Diagnostic Works.

Must know Labour Rates, Spare Parts Prices and Repair Cost Estimation.

Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.

Ability to independently manage the entire workshop.

Experience in Multi-Brand Car Workshops preferred.
