Experience:
8 to 10 Years Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Lead with strong expertise in performance testing, monitoring, and performance engineering. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure application scalability, stability, and reliability. Key Skills & Responsibilities
• Strong hands-on experience in performance scripting and execution using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Valuable knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms.
• Experience in system monitoring and profiling, including CPU, memory, and thread analysis.
• Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and test results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.




• Strong understanding of Performance Engineering concepts, including:
• Load Testing
• Stress Testing
• Scalability Testing
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
• Prepare performance analysis reports and provide actionable insights. Desired Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading performance testing activities across projects. Preferred

Experience:
Enterprise application performance testing and monitoring in Agile environments.
