Job Description
The Deputy Manager for Electrical Maintenance in the SUP-EM-Maint-Coating department is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the electrical maintenance operations. This position requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 12 years of experience in electrical maintenance and engineering. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of HT/LT switchgear and control systems, as well as proficiency in PLC, drives, instrumentation, and power management. The Deputy Manager will be instrumental in implementing best maintenance practices, including Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM., Root Cause Analysis (RCA., and simulation-based analysis to achieve measurable maintenance results such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF. and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR.. Expertise in SCADA and PLC software is essential. The role also requires a global mindset, business acumen, and people management skills to drive excellence and entrepreneurship within the team. The Deputy Manager will ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and contribute to maximizing machine uptime through effective breakdown analysis and corrective actions.
