About Us
Kingston General Hospital (KGH) is a 110-bed multispecialty hospital in Barasat, North 24 Parganas. It is a constituent unit of Kingston Educational Institute. KGH provides quality healthcare at fair cost to Barasat and the surrounding semi-urban and rural communities, including through government health schemes. Role Overview We are looking for a driven Marketing Executive to grow patient footfall and referrals at KGH. You will be the hospital’s face in the field: building relationships with doctors, clinics and communities, and turning those relationships into admissions and OPD visits.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain referral networks with general practitioners, specialists, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centres and pharmacies across Barasat, Madhyamgram, Habra, Basirhat and nearby areas
• Plan and run health camps, awareness drives and community outreach programmes with local bodies, SHGs and community leaders
• Develop corporate, institutional and TPA/insurance tie-ups for OPD, IPD and health check-up packages
• Mobilise patients and spread awareness of Swasthya Sathi and other government health schemes available at KGH
• Promote the hospital’s specialties, packages and new services through field visits and local channels
• Track every referral from the source to admission, and report daily field activity, leads and conversions
• Collect market feedback on competitor hospitals, pricing and referral trends, and share insights with management
• Coordinate with hospital departments so that referred patients have a smooth experience Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or PGDM in Marketing or Hospital Administration is a plus
• 2–6 years of field marketing experience, preferably with a hospital, diagnostic centre or healthcare provider. Pharma or medical-device sales with strong doctor connects will also be considered
• An existing network of doctors and clinics in North 24 Parganas or North Kolkata is a robust advantage
• Fluent in Bengali, with working Hindi and English
• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence; comfortable with daily field work
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and good with people
What We Offer
• Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
• Travel allowance for field work
• A growing, mission-driven hospital with real ownership and visibility to leadership
• Career growth within the wider Kingston Educational Institute group
