- Identify and acquire new customers for MFI, MAB, and Home Loan products.
- Conduct daily field visits to meet prospective customers and generate business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Collect customer documents and ensure proper KYC verification.
- Achieve monthly business targets through field sales and customer acquisition.
- Follow up with customers for loan applications, documentation, and processing.




- Identify business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking procedures. Required Candidate Profile

- Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
