Delhi NCR Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented AVP – Brand Marketing to lead brand positioning, organic growth, digital visibility, content strategy and brand reputation for Dentalkart. The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening the brand's digital presence, driving organic revenue, improving brand awareness and ensuring consistent brand communication across digital platforms, including traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy & Management
• Develop and execute brand positioning, communication and identity strategies.
• Strengthen brand awareness, recall, salience and market positioning.
• Drive branded search growth and overall brand reputation.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints. 2. Organic Growth, SEO & AI Visibility
• Lead SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies.
• Drive organic traffic, acquisition and revenue growth.
• Improve brand visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
• Oversee keyword strategy, technical SEO, content optimisation and organic discovery.
• Define website optimisation requirements related to site speed, crawlability, indexing and schema in coordination with Technology. 3. Content & Creative Strategy
• Lead content strategy and creative direction across digital platforms.
• Ensure high-quality, engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Drive creative effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous optimisation.
• Establish content standards and maintain consistency in brand communication. 4. Organic Social Media & Community




• Develop and execute organic social media strategies.
• Drive audience engagement, community building and brand advocacy.
• Improve organic reach and engagement across relevant platforms.
• Explore user-generated content and community-led growth opportunities. 5. Brand Reputation & Partnerships
• Manage online brand reputation and customer sentiment.
• Drive app store ratings and review management across digital platforms.
• Lead influencer and creator partnerships, brand collaborations, events and exhibitions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and credibility. 6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead and mentor the brand, content and organic marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Technology, Merchandising, Retention and Analytics teams to drive overall business objectives.
• Establish transparent functional ownership, execution standards and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to overall marketing team performance. Requirements Desired Qualifications & Experience
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Brand Management or a related field preferred.
• Strong experience in brand marketing, digital marketing and organic growth.
• Proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, organic social media and brand strategy.
• Understanding of AEO, GEO and AI-driven search visibility.
• Experience managing brand campaigns, creative agencies, influencer partnerships and online reputation.
