• Manage day to day activities of the team
• Ensure compliance with processes and controls of the team, drive the development of methods to improve processes and/or controls to ensure that these are efficient, effective and relevant
• Lead the call with internal stakeholders
• Solid presentation and training skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize the tasks based upon importance and deadline
• Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed
• Create and maintain quality control trackers REQUIRED

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 4-6 years of Breach/Document Review project management experience required
• Minimum 1 year of team management experience
• Experience with Relativity is a must; RCA or RCU is a plus DESIRED SKILLS AND

EXPERIENCE:
• Excellent English both written and spoken and good knowledge of MS office applications.
• Must be a high-level problem solver and have high multi-tasking skills
