About the Role

We are seeking a creative and analytics-driven Social Media who understands the pulse of online platforms and digital advertising. You will manage brand social media channels and assist in executing paid ad campaigns to build brand awareness and drive client leads.

Key Responsibilities

Page Management: Oversee and maintain day-to-day operations of social media profiles
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter) for the agency and its clients.

Content Scheduling: Plan content calendars, write engaging captions, select trending hashtags, and schedule posts for maximum reach.
Paid Ads Management: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing social media ad campaigns (Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).

Community Engagement: Respond promptly to direct messages, comments, and inquiries to
foster community growth.





Content Shoot: Plan a content and its shoot for agency and its client
Performance Analytics: Track key social metrics (reach, impressions, CTR, conversions) and compile regular performance reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education/Certification: Must have completed a formal Digital Marketing Course covering Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Paid Ads Management.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Canva (basic design), and social media scheduling tools.

Experience: Fresher- 2 years

Attributes: Trend-savvy, solid copywriting skills, keen attention to detail, and analytical capability.
