Role & responsibilities

- Expertise in inspection of Transformers, inverters, circuit breakers, HT/LT panels, cables, switchyard & substation equipment.
- Due diligence, testing, and validation of electrical equipment.
- Timely inspections with adherence to defined TATs.
- Validation of Manufacturing Quality Plans and compliance monitoring.
- Root Cause Analysis validation, corrective & preventive action implementation.
- Field failure investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversight of inspection agencies and compliance assurance.
- Departmental planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Conducting Supplier audits and ensuring supply chain quality compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust expertise in Vendor Development & Supplier Quality Management.
- Proficiency in Product Testing, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance.
- Experience in Supplier Audits & Assessments.

Preferred Background

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in power, renewable energy, EPC, electrical equipment manufacturing, or utility industries.
