About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our Supply Chain and Customer Experience Operations team. The role involves managing customer interactions, resolving service requests, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring seamless execution of operational processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer interactions through multiple communication channels, including email, phone, and internal systems.

- Handle customer queries, requests, and service cases in a timely and professional manner.

- Support customer onboarding and account management activities.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

- Track and resolve operational issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.





- Assist in contract administration, documentation, and dispute management processes.

- Maintain accurate customer and operational records within company systems.

- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service quality standards.

- Monitor cases and follow up proactively until closure.

- Provide administrative and operational support to various supply chain functions.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence initiatives.

- Maintain data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
