We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer with experience in tendering, estimation, and EPC project documentation to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end tendering processes across power, transmission, and infrastructure projects
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and bid documentation
- Review tender documents, specifications, and contract conditions
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for timely submissions
- Handle bid clarifications, corrigenda, and compliance documentation
- Support domestic and international tender submissions

Preferred Experience:

- 2-3 years in proposal engineering tendering
- Exposure to power (T&D;), road, or infrastructure projects
- Experience with EPC projects and international tenders is an advantage

Skills Required:

- BOQ preparation & cost estimation
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Positive coordination and communication skills

Qualification:

- B.E. in Electrical Engineering
