Education - UG / Graduate

Experience 1- 5 Years

Working Days: 6 Days Working Day shift

Week Off Rotational

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls & up-sales.
- Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate treatments/packages.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into appointments/sales.




- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with clinic/operations teams for appointment scheduling and closures.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer handling and objection resolution ability.
- Comfortable working in target-driven workplace.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
