Job Description

We are looking for an experienced L1.5 Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to HP customers for laptops, desktops, printers, and related software.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in printer setup and troubleshooting (Inkjet/LaserJet).
- Knowledge of computer hardware, MS Office, and common software applications.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, IP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with network printers and LAN configurations.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to resolve technical queries and provide effective solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 1+ year of relevant technical support experience.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
