Job Description:

- 6-12 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or Application Support.
- Robust expertise in Java application troubleshooting and production support.
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration and system performance tuning.
- Experience managing and supporting environments across Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, database monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Expertise in observability, monitoring, and alerting using Datadog, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA), incident triage, and problem management for critical production issues.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Drive incident management and service restoration activities in alignment with ITIL processes.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and cloud teams to improve system stability and operational excellence.
