- Raise and follow up woven fabric POs with local mills and processing houses.
- Track greige, processing and dispatch against cut dates; visit mills when needed.
- Coordinate lab dips, shade bands and test reports for local fabric.
- Identify and qualify recent local mills to cut lead time and cost.
- Flag delays and quality issues early to the DM.
- Keep the woven sourcing tracker and ERP up to date.
