Position : Unit Head – Hospital Operations
Location : Punjab
Hospital : Ujala Cygnus Hospitals
Candidate Preference - From Chandigarh, Mohali, Ludhiana, Amritsar

Key Responsibilities :-
1. Drive overall P&L; performance and achieve revenue, profitability, and EBITDA targets.
2. Ensure effective cost management through budget control and operational efficiencies.
3. Lead business growth by increasing patient footfall, occupancy, and service utilization.
4. Drive marketing initiatives, doctor engagement, corporate tie-ups, and brand visibility.
5. Improve conversion ratios (OPD-IPD, Surgery, Diagnostics, Emergency Admissions) to maximize revenue.
6. Ensure smooth hospital operations with a focus on quality, patient satisfaction,



and regulatory compliance.
7. Monitor key operational KPIs including Occupancy, ARPOB, ALOS, Revenue, EBITDA, and Patient Satisfaction.
8. Lead and develop cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and business objectives.

Preferred Profile
1. MBA/MHA or equivalent. 10–15 years of hospital operations experience with robust exposure to P&L;, Cost Management, EBITDA, Marketing, and Business Development.
2. Proven leadership experience in managing multi-specialty hospitals.
