Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead green field projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Oversee brownfield project execution, including detail engineering, construction management, and procurement coordination.

- Manage capex projects from planning to handover, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery, focusing on cost optimization and resource utilization.

- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 20-25 years of experience in chemical industry with expertise in project execution (green field & brown field).

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality control.

- Solid understanding of basic engineering package preparation for chemical processes.
