Site Execution & Structural Supervision

- Direct and monitor day-to-day site execution of high-rise RCC structures, ensuring construction strictly adheres to approved structural drawings and architectural layouts.
- Oversee critical structural milestones, including concrete mix designs, deep foundation/raft reinforcement placement, column casting, and post-tensioned slab activities.
- Manage exact tolerances for high-rise alignments, structural verticality, and levels (ensuring strict compliance with engineering limits
- Supervise core finishing activities, water-proofing, and building envelopes specific to multi-story tower configurations.

2. Quality Assurance & Material Control

- Enforce QA/QC protocols on-site, including scheduled cube testing (7 and 28-day intervals), slump tests, and comprehensive soil/material verification.
- Verify steel fastening compliance using Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for high-grade reinforcement bars and stirrup intervals.
- Perform material reconciliation and track supply availability (rebar,



high-grade concrete, formwork components) to eliminate downtime

3. Multi-Disciplinary Coordination

- Act as the primary interface between the site execution team, structural consultants, and architects.
- Coordinate closely with MEP teams to identify and resolve service containment clashes within the RCC structure before concrete pouring.
- Review engineering drawings via CAD/BIM systems to proactively resolve discrepancies before they reach the field.

4. Progress Tracking, Safety & Documentation

- Maintain detailed site records, including daily progress reports (DPR), obstruction logs, and accurate as-built drawings.
- Assist in preparing project schedules and tracking progress milestones against master timelines using MS Project or Primavera.
