- Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST – Night Shift

About the Role

As a US Healthcare Recruiter – Trainee, you will be trained to recruit healthcare professionals for job opportunities in the US. You will learn how to understand job requirements, connect with candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and manage the recruitment process.

You do not need prior recruitment experience. Structured training will be provided to help you understand US Healthcare Recruitment and develop the skills required for the role.

What Will You Do?

- Source and connect with healthcare professionals for US job requirements
- Understand job descriptions and client requirements
- Screen candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates




- Maintain candidate information and recruitment pipelines
- Work with the team to support successful placements

Who We’re Looking For:

- Freshers or candidates with 6+ months of experience in Customer Service, BPO, International Voice Process, or US Recruitment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interest in building a career in US Healthcare Staffing
- Candidates currently based in the Delhi NCR Region.

1. Computer Literacy Test – Online
2. Verbal Assessment – Online
3. Manager Interview
