Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring productive use of resources and meeting sales targets.
- Lead a team of agents to achieve individual and collective goals, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and relationship-building with clients.
- Monitor performance metrics such as premium volume, policy issuance rates, and agent productivity to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 6-12 years of experience in life insurance industry with expertise in agency sales or branch management.
- Proven track record in leading teams to achieve high levels of success in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services; ability to communicate complex concepts simply to customers.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
