Position: Shift HVAC Engineer

- Graduate engineer in Electrical or Mechanical stream with min 2-3 years of experience or diploma engineer with 3-5 years of experience. ITI candidate with 8-10 years of experience with strong experience in electrical and mechanical fields.
- Adequate exposure to Data Center, telecom equipment related facility infrastructure
- Experience in handling large facility with HVAC system and infra like, PAC, PAHU, FWU, chiller system, dehumidifier, liquid cooling, chemical dosing system BMS, CPM, EMPS System, fire detection and Fire Suppression systems
- Responsible for ground operations In coordination with multiple teams
- Coordination with vendors and OEM for Incident management, preventive maintenance tracking and supervising maintenance activity
- Operations of infra electrical and mechanical setup as per laid down SOP and EOP




- Knowledge In HVAC system with exposure to precision air conditioning system
- Adequate knowledge In BMS, safety and security systems
- Able to coordinate with internal / external customer
- Knowledge in compliance process for various ISO certification like QMS, ITSM, ISMS, BCMS, EnMS EMS, OHSE etc.
- Well versed with Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance procedures of various utility equipment
- Will be able prepare PM schedules of utilities
- Well versed on computer literacy and work on CMMS (computer maintenance management system
- SNOW)
- Positive Knowledge in Energy management of HVAC system
- Authorized to work on Hi Tension installation
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Analysis of performance
