Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and professional candidates to join our International Voice Process team. The selected candidates will handle inbound and/or outbound calls with US-based customers, provide accurate information, resolve customer queries, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.

- Communicate clearly and professionally in English.

- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow company procedures.

- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

- Meet quality standards, productivity targets,



and performance metrics.

- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and active listening skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent English communication skills.

-Min 6 months into International English US voice process.

- Good listening, speaking, and interpersonal skills.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
