Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for Data Engineering, Cloud, and SaaS-based products. The role involves working closely with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps teams, and Business Analysts to develop user guides, API documentation, integration guides, and technical content.

Key Skills

- Strong experience with MadCap Flare / XML-based authoring tools
- Hands-on experience in API Documentation
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Git
- Experience documenting Data Engineering, Cloud, and SaaS products
- Familiarity with DITA, XML, MSTP, and DDLC
- Understanding of single-sourcing,



content reuse, and multi-channel publishing
- Knowledge of information architecture and content organization
- Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, and prompt engineering
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail

Preferred Profile

Candidates with solid technical writing experience who can create structured, scalable, and user-friendly documentation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
