Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter - Bulk Hiring (Interpreters & Translators)

Location: Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to support the hiring of freelance, contract, and full-time Interpreters and Translators across global markets. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, maintaining talent pipelines, and partnering with internal stakeholders to fulfill language resource requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Interpreters, Translators, Linguists, and related language professionals.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, social media platforms, language associations, referrals, and talent communities.
- Develop and maintain active talent pools across multiple language combinations and geographies.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate language assessments, testing, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and applicant record accurately.
- Partner with Operations, Vendor Management,



and Business teams to understand hiring forecasts and priorities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Track recruiting funnel metrics and continuously improving conversion rates.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Support hiring campaigns for urgent and high-volume language requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in volume hiring, vendor hiring, BPO, staffing, healthcare, localization, or language services industries.
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
- Solid sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting interpreters, translators, healthcare professionals, freelancers, or gig workers.
- familiarity with localization, language services, remote workforce hiring, or vendor management.
- Knowledge of international recruiting practices.
