Role & responsibilities

- Deliver training on Aviation, Airport Operations, Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, and Customer Service.
- Conduct sessions on Communication Skills, Personality Development, Grooming, and Interview Preparation.
- Develop and update training materials in line with industry requirements.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and mock interviews.
- Provide mentoring and career guidance to students.
- Organize practical demonstrations, role-plays, and group activities.
- Track student progress and maintain training records.
- Coordinate with placement and operations teams to ensure students are job-ready.
- Conduct workshops on professional etiquette and customer handling.
- Stay updated with aviation industry trends and training methodologies.
- Support student placements through interview preparation and employability training.

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduate in any discipline; Certification/Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, or Travel Management preferred.
- 1-8 years of experience in Aviation Training, Airport Operations, Cabin Crew Training, or Hospitality Training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Professional grooming and personality.
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and student development.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
- Experience in aviation academies, airlines, airports, hospitality institutes, or training organizations is preferred.
- Knowledge of current aviation industry practices and recruitment processes.
