About the Role:

We are seeking an VM & Storage Engineer with 5+ years of experience to manage and troubleshoot VMware ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA, DRS, vMotion and related components.

Requirements:

- Provide operational and technical support for VMware virtualization environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot VMware ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA, DRS, vMotion, and related components.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolution of complex virtualization incidents and performance issues.
- Plan and execute VMware upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle activities.
- Monitor and optimize VM, host, cluster, and resource utilization.
- Support capacity planning, performance management, and availability requirements.
- Administer and troubleshoot enterprise storage environments, including HPE Qumulo, Pure Storage, and HPE Alletra.
- Troubleshoot storage connectivity, capacity, performance, replication,



and availability issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, backup, network, and application teams to resolve cross-platform issues.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in infrastructure changes, DR activities, technology upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the technical escalation POC and coordinate with OEM/vendor support when required.
