Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue collar employees including Van Field Executive (Van FE), Ground Coordinator (Scanner) for male and female.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, vendor networks and walk-in drives.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls to assess suitability, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews with Operations Managers and ensure timely interview feedback.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, salary negotiation and joining confirmation.
- Coordinate with HR Operations, vendors, and relevant stakeholders for background verification (BGV), document verification, and onboarding requirements.
- Conduct placement drives, walk-in interviews activities to meet hiring targets.
- Share regular hiring updates with the reporting manager and escalate recruitment challenges when required.
