Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills and subcontractor bills.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity estimation and rate analysis.
- Handle site measurements and Measurement Books (MB).
- Calculate quantities of RCC, steel, shuttering, masonry and other civil works.
- Monitor project quantities, extra items and deviation statements.
- Prepare material reconciliation and billing reports.
- Verify contractor bills against approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with project, execution and accounts teams.
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in civil project billing.
- Experience in industrial plants, factories, manufacturing units or feed plants.
- Solid knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, quantity surveying and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
