- Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain customer records and update interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain skilled communication and meet customer service targets.
