Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with strong knowledge of marketing bench consultants and generating placement opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Marketing bench consultants for C2C, W2, and Full-Time opportunities.
- Working with US staffing vendors and direct clients.
- Building and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Submitting consultants for suitable job requirements.
- Negotiating rates and coordinating interviews.
- Following up with vendors and clients for placements.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of US IT Bench Sales experience.
- Knowledge of OPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, and US Citizen profiles.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
