Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days

• Tier 1 vendor and employee inquiry handling under documented procedures.
• Receive, log, classify and acknowledge P2P inquiries from suppliers and internal business users through Apple-approved channels.
• Provide standard responses for invoice status, payment status, purchase-order references, expense-report status and common process questions using approved knowledge content.
• Perform basic research in available systems and validate that required information is present before progressing the case.
• Promote approved self-service options and guide users to the correct process, form or support channel.
• Maintain complete case notes, response details, supporting evidence and closure codes in the designated case-management tool.
• Escalate non-standard, aged, policy-related or system-dependent cases to a 3A specialist or authorised Apple owner within the agreed timeline.
• Meet response, closure,



quality and documentation requirements and follow Apple privacy, security and control standards.
• Participate in daily reviews, knowledge refreshers and recurring-query identification.
• Accurate Tier 1 response; complete case records; timely routing; adherence to scripts, knowledge and SLA clocks.

experience in Accounts Payable, P2P helpdesk, finance operations, customer support or shared services; suitable graduates may be considered in line with Infosys hiring policy.

- Basic understanding of invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, payment status and vendor queries.
- Transparent written and verbal English communication and a service-oriented approach to suppliers and internal users.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and aptitude to learn SAP, Sonar, invoice workflow and Apple self-service tools.
- Attention to detail, analytical discipline, teamwork and ability to follow documented procedures and escalation paths.
