Role & responsibilities
5-9 years of experience in Manufacturing / Production Operations
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Robotic Welding (ABB / Motoman)
Strong knowledge of MIG & TIG Welding Processes
Experience in Team Handling / Shift Supervision
Knowledge of SAP / ERP Systems
Understanding of 5S, 7QC Tools, Safety & Quality Standards
Excellent Leadership, Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Production Engineering or related field
Preferred candidate profile
Hands-on experience in robotic welding cells
Solid people management and shop-floor leadership skills
Ability to work in shifts
Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of leading from the front
