- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain company products/services and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with interested leads and close sales.
- Handle incoming enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status and follow-up updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
Required Skills
- Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
