Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Backend Support Executive to manage homeowner and tenant inquiries and support the timely resolution of client issues. The role primarily involves processing violations, responding to tenant queries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process property violations accurately and within defined timelines.
- Respond to tenant and homeowner inquiries professionally.
- Review violation cases and assist in their timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal reviewers, supervisors, and other departments.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and file organization.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure.
- Support month-end activities and prepare reports as required.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation or equivalent qualification.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of property management processes.
- Experience handling customer queries and case resolution workflows.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Yardi or similar platforms.
- Prior experience working with US-based clients.
- Understanding of violation management and documentation processes.
