Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist patients and their families with hospital-related queries.

- Handle patient registration, admission and discharge coordination.

- Explain treatment packages, hospital services and billing details.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff and other departments.

- Guide patients regarding hospital procedures and services.

- Handle patient feedback, complaints and resolve concerns professionally.

- Maintain good patient relationships and ensure a smooth patient experience.

- Support financial counselling and explain estimated treatment costs.

- Ensure proper follow-up and coordination with patients and attendants.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good patient-handling and customer service skills.

- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Presentable, polite and qualified attitude.

- Ability to work in shifts.
