Job Overview

We are hiring candidates for an international voice process involving healthcare, insurance, benefits administration and claims support. We are looking for individuals with excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to handle queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls and assist customers with their queries.
- Provide support for healthcare benefits, insurance and claims-related activities.
- Review claim-related information and assist with documentation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, customers and insurance teams.
- Track pending requests and support timely resolution of queries.
- Identify processing issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure service quality standards.

Candidate Requirements





- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple applications.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Ability to work from the Kochi office.

Experience & Eligibility

Freshers:
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills (B2 level) are encouraged to apply.
- Positive verbal fluency and confidence in handling conversations are essential.

Experienced Candidates:

-2 years of experience in Healthcare Claims Support, Claims Processing, Insurance Operations, Benefits Administration or Healthcare Operations is preferred.
- Experience in Disability, Leave Administration and International Voice Process will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from other international voice/customer support backgrounds with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
