Required Skills & Responsibilities:

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll.
- Good expertise in Fast Formula development and customization.
- Strong understanding of payroll configurations, elements, balances, and payroll flows.
- Experience with payroll processing, calculations, and troubleshooting.




- Knowledge of payroll costing, retroactive pay, and statutory deductions.
- Experience in resolving payroll-related functional issues.
- Positive understanding of Oracle HCM modules and integrations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll and Fast Formulas.
- Must be willing to travel onsite to the client's location whenever required.
