Role Overview

The Service Engineer Trainee will assist in installation, maintenance, and servicing of

technical products. This role is designed for entry-level candidates who are eager to build a

career in technical service and support, with hands-on field exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, servicing, and maintenance of equipment/products at

customer sites.

• Understand and interpret technical product specifications and manuals.

• Provide basic troubleshooting and issue resolution under supervision.

• Support senior engineers during field visits and service calls.

• Maintain proper service reports and documentation.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned service tasks.





• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.

• Follow company protocols related to safety and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Tech / ITI in relevant field

• Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year experience preferred

Required Skills

• Ability to understand technical product details

• Basic communication skills

• Willingness to travel locally and outstation (upcountry)

• Basic problem-solving and analytical ability
