Individual Contributor (IC) Role | Open Market + Connector Channel

Multiple Locations:

- Chennai 4 LPA Fixed + Incentives
- Salem 3 LPA Fixed + Incentives
- Coimbatore 3 LPA Fixed + Incentives

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Age: 32–34 Years
Graduate with minimum 1 year of Mortgage experience
OR
10+2 with minimum 3 years of Mortgage experience
Experience in Affordable Mortgage / LAP / Housing Finance
Solid exposure to Open Market & Connector sourcing
Individual business productivity: 18–20 Lakhs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate business through Open Market sourcing and Connectors
- Build and maintain strong Connector relationships
- Source Affordable Mortgage / LAP business




- Drive customer acquisition, login and disbursement
- Achieve monthly business and productivity targets
- Manage the end-to-end sales process and coordinate with Credit & Operations

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES:

- Fixed CTC: 3–4 LPA (location-wise)
- Additional performance-based incentives
- Incentive eligibility starts at 10 Lakhs business
