About the Job We are looking for customer focused and detailed oriented customer service representatives to join our operations team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers through chat and email channels, ensuring timely resolutions of inquiries while delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, possesses solid problem- solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities US Voice Process

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.

- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

- Communicate professionally in English with clear pronunciation.

- Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy.





- Maintain customer records and update details in the system.

- Follow call-handling procedures and quality standards.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.

- Be adaptable to work in US shifts, if required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Good listening, speaking, and interpersonal skills.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Salary: 2.2 - 4.0 LPA

Shift: Rotational (including Night Shifts)

Working Days: 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Offs)
