About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines used in manufacturing and machining operations. The candidate will be responsible for performing machining activities, interpreting engineering drawings, monitoring production quality, and ensuring components are manufactured according to specified dimensions and tolerances. The role involves working with production and quality teams to maintain efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and machining centers.
- Set up machines, tools, and workpieces according to production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Perform basic machine programming adjustments and operational settings as required.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure accurate production and dimensional consistency.




- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance activities.
- Identify machining defects, operational issues, and equipment abnormalities.

Eligibility

- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Freshers with basic CNC machine knowledge or relevant technical training are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of machining operations and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.

Required Skills

- CNC machine operation and monitoring.
- Basic knowledge of CNC milling and turning operations.
- Understanding of machining tools and cutting parameters.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and dimensional measurements.
- Familiarity with G-code and M-code.
- Use of precision measuring instruments.
- Basic machine setup and troubleshooting.
