5. Build and maintain a solid network of plumbers, contractors, technicians, and key influencers through regular engagement, product training, and relationship-building initiatives.

6. Provide effective dealer and retailer servicing by sharing product information, samples, quotations,



and resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.

7. Support geo-targeted digital campaigns and promote the adoption of digital registration and engagement tools among dealers, retailers, and influencers.

8. Support timely collections from dealers and retailers by facilitating payment follow-ups and encouraging disciplined credit practices.

9. Maintain accurate records of daily market visits, sales orders, beat performance, marketing activities, attendance, photographs, and lead generation data through SFA and other designated reporting tools.

10. Ensure timely submission of sales and demand generation reports to the reporting manager, highlighting performance against targets, campaign effectiveness, market feedback, and improvement opportunities.
