Job Description IPD Billing Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1-3 Years

Department: Billing

Location: Cloudnine Hospital Vashi

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inpatient (IPD) billing and discharge billing processes.

- Prepare accurate patient bills as per hospital services and applicable charges.

- Verify billing details, deposits, advances, and outstanding payments.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, insurance and TPA teams for billing-related matters.

- Handle cash, card and online payment transactions.

- Ensure timely and accurate billing during patient discharge.

- Resolve patient and attendant queries related to billing.

- Maintain billing records and ensure proper documentation.

- Follow hospital billing policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of hospital billing procedures.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work in shifts.

- Good coordination and patient-handling skills.
